Vyse gets a formal introduction at last, its handled better in the printed version I swear.

i tried to portray how bold and debonair he was, this strip originally had no dialouge, I added it as an afterthought because it really did serve as a good transition between the introduction and Siman's regaling of Casey's... well... you'll see.
