This is a panel from a webcomic I'm currently Working on. I thought it did well as a stand-alone piece as well.

This is the (then) Colonel Casey of the Dreamsquadron. He is the leader of the Republic Marines on the Devia.

He's a Brigadier now, but at the time of this comic he was still a Colonel.
